Is there a charge for the space?

There is no room fee, however, a deposit is required.

What is the deposit?

An initial deposit payable by cash, company cheque, debit card or credit card is requested to secure your reservation. Your reservation is guaranteed once Tomasso’s Italian Grille has received your deposit. See below the required deposit for the specific day of the week. *please note, if everyone in the party shows up the deposit will be returned*

Is there a cancellation fee?

In case of cancellation, all deposits will be refunded in full with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. Deposits for cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the date of the event will not be returned and cannot be applied to future parties.

What if I have a small group and want the entire room?

If you have a small group and want the entire room to yourselves, a premium of $250 extra will be added to your bill.

Is parking available?

Parking is located adjacent to the restaurant on Front St.

Is there a bar in the room?

Our staff will provide full cocktail service for your guests.

Can I hold a meeting in the room?

Absolutely, however please keep in mind that the room is not completely private or soundproof.

Do you supply audio-visual equipment?

Unfortunately, not at this time; but it is something we are working on for the future. If you need audio-visual equipment, you are more than welcome to bring your own.

What items does Tomasso’s Italian Grille supply?

We print personalized group menus for each of your guests. Tomasso’s Italian Grille will also arrange for floral requirements adding the charges to your final bill. If designated seating is required, please provide your own place cards. You may also decorate the table to your liking. Decorating and hanging decor on the walls is prohibited.

How far in advance should I book?

Bookings are made on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact Tomasso’s Italian Grille at 613.392.4333 or info@tomassos.ca.

What if children are coming?

Our children’s menu will be provided and will be charged accordingly.

What if I have an allergy?

Our kitchen will prepare one of the items on your selected menu according to your specific allergy.

What if I want to order off the regular menu?

Unfortunately, a set menu must be in place for groups of 20 or more in order for us to properly service all of our customers (group dining, main dining, take-out and delivery).

What if more people decide to come?

It will depend on availability. The group size you confirm with deposit is guaranteed; however, if more guests are interested in joining your party, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can determine whether or not we have the space to add additional seating to your party.

What if I want to bring dessert?

You are more than welcome to bring your own dessert. Alternatively, you may add the Apple Crisp or Tartufo to any menu for an additional $5/per person or add the Chocolate Eruption or the Mixed Berry Cheesecake for an additional $7/per person (taxes and gratuities included as per set menu).
