Jim’s Pizza

It’s how we started in 1970 and what made us famous! We make our dough daily from scratch. We only use the best, freshest ingredients, which we chop and slice in-house. We only use 100% mozzarella cheese. Finally, our sauce is made using California ultra-premium plum tomatoes, which we have chosen for their exquisite flavour profile and are the perfect complement to our unique blend of spices.

Pollo e Vitello

The time-honoured technique of cooking food in extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), over the steady heat of the frying pan, brings out the best in our chicken and veal; this is the first step in preparing some of our classic dishes.  We are also proud to  use EVOO specially imported from Tomasso’s hometown.

  • We are often asked about gratuities. No service charge has been added to your bill. Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 15-20%. An 18% gratuity will be applied to groups of 10 or more. Thank you.

  • We exclusively use zero trans-fat oil when frying foods.
  • We are happy to discuss and attempt to accommodate any dietary needs you may have. Some items may contain allergens. We take every precaution to prepare orders as requested. However, due to the open nature of our kitchen (where many foods are present) and the handmade preparation of our recipes, cross-contamination may occur.
